We are looking for a responsible and experienced Printing Workers Supervisor to oversee daily workforce activities, monitor production operations, and ensure productivity, quality, and compliance with factory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate printing workers and daily production activities.
• Distribute tasks and monitor workforce productivity and attendance.
• Ensure production schedules and deadlines are met.
• Monitor printing operations and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate with production management and other departments.
• Identify workflow issues and report operational problems.
• Ensure workers follow safety procedures and workplace regulations.
• Prepare daily workforce and production progress reports.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above.
• Previous experience supervising workers, preferably in a printing or packaging factory.
• Good understanding of printing and production processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage workers, organize shifts, and handle workplace challenges.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
